Hyundai – Tamworth (2025)
We were pleased to complete another successful project for our long-standing client, Hyundai, at their Tamworth facility. The works focused on improving pedestrian safety and creating a cleaner, more defined traffic management system throughout the site.
Our Process:
✔︎ Dust-controlled preparation of all floor areas to ensure maximum coating adhesion
✔︎ Formation of new pedestrian walkways with contrasting demarcation borders
✔︎ Installation of highly visible zebra crossings positioned at key access points
✔︎ Application of durable anti-slip coatings for added safety and longevity
Result: The project was completed efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction, providing a bright, professional, and hard-wearing finish that enhances both safety and appearance within the facility.
Wavin UK – Chippenham (2023)
We were delighted to return to Wavin UK in Chippenham, where we have worked many times before.
✔︎ Area: approx. 90m²
✔︎ Work: part of an ongoing project to prepare for a new, more efficient production line
Our Process:
✔︎ Diamond grinding of the concrete floor using planetary HTC grinder
✔︎ Alpha joint repair with old material removed and replaced using our PSR Joint Sealant
✔︎ Installation of black perimeter demarcation lines and red hatched areas using Polycote Rapide
✔︎ Two coats applied to three large yellow boxed areas with rapid-curing materials (1–2 hour cure time)
✔︎ Two coats of Light Grey PSR Epoxy HB with a light anti-slip finish applied to the remaining area
Result: The client was very pleased with the speed, accuracy and high-quality finish delivered.
Reflex Labels
Reflex Labels required a refurbishment of their warehouse floor for manufacturing and stock storage. The old coating was failing, with signs of oil contamination and flaky paint.
Preparation:
✔︎ Planetary diamond grinding with dust extraction (99% dust-free) to remove the old coating and clean the substrate
Process:
✔︎ Application of two coats of PSR high-build epoxy resin
✔︎ Walkway finished in blue with yellow demarcation lining to borders
Result: Completed in 7 days, on time and within budget. The client now has a high-gloss, hardwearing and easy-to-clean epoxy resin floor.
AMG Super Alloys – Sheffield (2022)
During AMG’s Christmas shutdown, we were awarded a further rejuvenation project for our long-term client.
✔︎ Scope: 600m² of an old, 30-year-old floor
Process:
✔︎ Dust-free preparation and cleaning of oil-contaminated substrate
✔︎ Application of primer and 8mm industrial-grade topping
✔︎ Expansion joints cut back and resealed
✔︎ New surface prepared, coated with water-dispersible coating, then finished with PSR HB Coating
✔︎ Walkways, demarcation lines and stencilling installed
Result: Completed on time, with the client delighted by the transformation.
Breighton Airfield (2019)
For The Real Aeroplane Club, we were contracted to provide a high-spec epoxy resin system for their aircraft build facility.
✔︎ Resin repairs and two-coat epoxy resin system
✔︎ Floors prepared using HTC planetary grinders (99% dust-free, powered by LPG generators)
✔︎ Two coats of epoxy resin applied with precision masking for a clean, professional finish
Result: Delivered within the two-week timescale, providing a smooth and durable floor to house a large aircraft collection.
Angloco (2018)
As part of an ongoing relationship with Angloco, we were invited back to apply further epoxy HB coatings.
Process:
✔︎ Dust-free planetary grinding
✔︎ Two-coat application of Epoxy HB system
Result: The floor withstood heavy daily use in fire engine manufacturing, with the client praising its durability and easy maintenance. Plans are in place for additional projects with Angloco.
Coca-Cola – Northampton (Ongoing)
At the 250,000 sq. ft. Northampton Regional Service Centre, PSR were contracted to complete floor repairs, joint repairs, coatings and painting.
Challenge:
✔︎ Site operates 24/7 with up to 200 articulated vehicles loading and unloading daily
✔︎ Floors had degraded badly with cracked slabs, eroded joints and worn demarcation
Result: Work was completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to operations.

Olympic Park – London (2012)
We were awarded the contract to rejuvenate the 46,000 m² floor space of the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) used for the London 2012 Olympic and Special Olympic Games.
Process:
✔︎ Six-week timescale, with 12 engineers working around the clock, 7 days a week
✔︎ Floors prepared using LPG-powered HTC grinders (99% dust-free, water vapour emissions only)
✔︎ Epoxy resins applied to repair spalled areas
Result: Project delivered two days ahead of schedule, meeting the strict deadlines of FCC Elliott JV.
