Northampton Regional Service Centre is a 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse owned by Coca-Cola Enterprises. Although the warehouse is only 16 years old the floor had degraded badly resulting in the need for extensive repairs to be carried out on cracked and uneven eroded floor slabs, worn expansion jointing and floor demarcation painting.
This site operates 24/7 and loads and unloads up to 200 articulated vehicles per day. The project was completed on time, within the budget and to Coca-Cola’s standards whilst minimising disruption to operations on the site.

Coca-Cola - Northampton

PSR Industrial Flooring have recently completed the floor recessing of three shrink wrap machines for Coca Cola Enterprises.
The works were completed over 3 weekend periods & were achieved by saw cutting & removal of the 8inch concrete slabs, re-preparation of the sub-base & installation of a new DPM.
Then the shrink wrap machine templates were set into the newly cast concrete platforms.
Once cured the remainder of the recess was infilled ready for the machines to be lifted into place - leaving a perfect transition onto the shrink wrap turntables.
Five Star MOT Testing Station - Huddersfield
Recessed Floor Installation, Floor Screed, Floor Coating
PSR Industrial Flooring achieved the completion of MOT & break testing equipment installation to the new Five Star MOT Testing Station in Huddersfield.
The works included the excavation of around 40 tonnes of earth in order for the new equipment to be installed under the strict guidelines of VOSA & TECALEMIT. Once situated within the 2mm tolerances the re-casting of concrete began over 5 separate pours.
The remainder of the 200 sq. metres of existing floor was then prepared totally dustfree ready for the applications of DPMs, & then an 8mm Industrial Grade topping screed. Once the screed was cured a double coat of Epoxy High Build Coating was applied in 2 separate colours (splitting the garage in half).
The works were completed within budget & ready in time for the grand opening.
