RECESSED SHRINK WRAP MACHINES- COCA COLA-NORTHAMPTON.
PSR Have just completed the recessing of 3 shrinkwrap machines for Coca Cola Enterprises.
These were completed over 3 weekend periods & were achieved by saw cutting & removal of the 8inch concrete slabs, re-preparation of the sub-base & New DPM, Then setting the shrinkwrap templates into the newly cast concrete platforms. Once cured the remainder of the recess infilled ready for the machines to be lifted into place- leaving a perfect transition onto the shrinkwrap turntables.
MOT & BREAK TESTING EQUIPMENT-HUDDERSFIELD
PSR achieved the completion of MOT & Break testing equipment fitted to the new FIVE STAR MOT TESTING STATION IN HUDDERSFIELD.
The works included the excavation of around 40 tonnes of earth in order for the new equipment to be installed under the strict guidelines of VOSA & TECALEMIT. Once situated within the 2mm tolerances the re-casting of concrete began over 5 seperate pours.
The remainder of the 200m2 existing floor was then prepared totaly DUSTFREE ready for the applications of -DPMs & then an 8mm Industrial Grade topping screed. Once the screed was cured a 2xcoat Epoxy High Build Coating was applied in 2 seperate colours splitting the garage in half. The works completed within Budget & Program ready for the grand opening.
